Doctors In Nj That Prescribe Oxycodone (Page 3)

Help, Seeking new Doc in NJ (Middlesex/Monmouth County areas) I have been going to a pain mgmt. doctor who was giving me oxycontin ER 40mg twice a day and 10mg Percocet 4 times a day for breakthrough pain. They have cut my meds in half in the last 2 months, I have always taken meds correctly and never had a dirty UA. My levels were always good. I have bulging and herniated discs and am in a lot of pain. They are cutting everyone down on meds because of over medicating some patient etc.. (and now everyone pays). I want to find new pain doctor who will give me what I was originally taking does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks for the help. please get back to me with suggestions. Hey SHELLY, I'm glad to hear stuff is working out... well I guess Tuesday U'll know for sure, and yeah I would love to have lunch with u. I'M GLAD I COULD HELP U OUT. I TRY TO HELP PEOPLE AS LONG AS I KNOW THEY'RE LEGIT... us people with real pain and issues are in this boat cause of people who don't need it and abuse things and greedy doctors.

That is bulls*** people that must be on them the rest of there life, it does not matter cause you can only be on pain meds for so long b4 they do not work anymore, but pain management does not really care about people's PAIN cause I've been on 40mg oxycontin for many many years and the new 40mg oxycontin from perdu pharma suck. They do nothing for pain. You can chew them meds that are hard as a brick and still do not work and as hard as they are; that's why they are passing through the body. THEY ARE JUNK. DO NOT GET THEM FROM PERDU PHARMA OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. FIND A PHARMACY THAT HAS DIFFERENT ONES.

No pain doctor yet that will treat me with enough pain meds to be comfortable.

I'm not challenging your perception of pain and the conditions you suffer from but what doctor or doctors would ever prescribe that combo and quantity of narcotic opiate/opioid and Benzodiazepines concurrently. Doctors in New Jersey are hesitent to prescribe one powerful opiate for even for intractable pain.Im afraid if your expecting a legit prescriber ( or a pharmacy for that matter ) in the northeast to fulfill your previous meds concurrently you won't have much success

Carmine, I live in Manhattan, NY. I have horrible nerve pain from Peripheral Neuropathy and Degenerative Disc Pain in both Cervical and Lumbar. Can you share your pain doctor please?

Hi same ol, and carmine! Well didn't go as planned exactly! He lowered me to 4 roxi 20mg a day, a slight muscle relaxer, and no long acting er, and said next month he is lowering me to 10mg roxi. Well hello FIX MY BACK AND HIP FIRST PLS! I was just on 6 a day with morphine er twice a day. I'm not going to make it. And why is he lowering me again before my pain issues are even fixed? I'm going to have to explain this to him I guess? I wish he would have at least given me a long acting of somekind! I got a round of injections and he is talking about burning my nerve endings with a lader? Well we all know those injections don't work, not for me anyways! So yes can't find the rigjht treatment STILL. I was already told no early appts. Or scripts but I'm not going to make it with no long acting and 4 tablets a day. But I'm afraid he will d/c me if I tell him I'm not going to make it. Idk wtf to do? Carmine when will you be in jersey next?

Hi carmine, I want to go where you suggested but am out of transportation. I have medicare as primary and medicaid as secondary. I'm eligible for med. Trans. But don't know if they will take me that far? That is why I tried this other place 1st. I'm not going to make it, no extended release and cut from 6 to 4 a day. And this dr. ain't going to budge. I'm in too much pain if he would have gave me at least even a light extended release I may have squeaked by?

Patricia. I live in pa n I was seeing a Dr in nj. He closed down. Now I see a Dr in pa but he doesn't give me close to what I need. All he is doing is basically just keeping me from being sick but not helping my pain... I could help u with a Dr not too far from Clifton if u could help me with the Dr ur seeing in pa.

I know a Dr in southern NJ that will give u whatever u ask him for..I went there as a cash patient and the 1st visit was $225 and every other visit is $150..I got Oxycodone 30mg 4-6 times a day #180, Oxycodone 15mg QID #120, MsContin 100mg BID #60, Xanax 2mg BID #60..I can give u his name, address and phone number but the only thing is that u need a referral from a current patient..that's how I got in..feel free to write me back if you're interested..FYI and BTW I got 2 of my friends and family members in like this and they got basically the same meds.

Bugatti Bluesz. Hey bud I've wrote a prior post explaining all my issues. I was on almost the same number of those meds except for the oxycontin.. my doctor closed down so now I'm going to an urgent care in pa.... but I have to go there every 2 weeks because it's an urgent care, and he's only giving me four 20s a day with morphine 30 er two a day. I was hoping u would be willing to share that doctor that u got ur friends and family in? I would very much appreciate it.

Hi Bugatti bluesz my name is Valerie. I've been having big problems finding pain mng doctor, all these doctors r afraid now! We all know that us people who have pain r suffering cause of greedy doctors who prescribed for the kids who sadly od'd & passed away/or others who just got these meds to sell & make $$! I have legit pain from a serious car accident in which my boyfriend was killed. I had multiple broken bones, surgeries on my pelvis, leg, ankles knee & torn muscles tendons and ligaments as well -ALL has turned to bad arthritis, bulging & herniated discs and stenosis! I also had many knee surgeries that injections don't help -I still get them if possible as they require them in most places NOW!! I have records, X-rays MRIs but been suffering only getting enough meds to keep me from being sick/sometimes not even that! {edited for privacy}. I really could use the name of the doctor you saw!! I'm so tired of this. I hope you have a good rest of your day & R feeling better now since you found the doctor in S Jersey!! God bless all of you going thru this too ! It's NOT FAIR TO US ALL THAT NEED THE MEDICINES FOR PAIN & BEEN ON THEM ! It's made the problem worse in America I think ! NOW people r going to the streets buying things they don't even know what they're getting and getting on illicit drugs or SUFFERING IN PAIN! We ALL NEED TO BAND TOGETHER PEOPLE SAY BUT IDK HOW ANYMORE? ALL these doctors are putting labels on us before we even get in the door.

You should be ashamed of yourself for misrepresenting information that in the estimation of any qualified medical provider would be contrary to sound medical judgment. Furthermore as a field representative for a government agency I can attest this prescriber would have drawn our intention in a New York minute. I would hope the posters of this forum would use common sense and realize grandeous statements like this are nothing more then PURE FICTION. Please do not patronize this users obvious attempts to procure some form of financial gain.

Buggati bluez is the worst kind of person using FALSE PROMISES in an attempt to gain financially from people like yourself & many others, desperate in need of effective pain relief. No doctor in 2017 especially in the state of NJ would ever risk prescribing four scheduled II narcotics at one appointment. Most wouldn't risk writing more than one. Common sense should dictate these claims are nothing more then FANTASY so please be very careful on how you proceed with this devious cunning individual.

Yea well FYI I had burst fractures from C5-C7 n was quadriplegic prior to an 11hr surgery..I now have bulging n herniated discs..radiculopathy muscle n nerve damage PTSD osteoarthritis pinched nerves..I have documentation for all the scripts I get so instead of being ignorant try n listen to what's wrong with someone before jumping to wild accusations..jerkoff

You got that right! Every time I make an appt. Somewhere they call back and tell me the Dr. Just wants to make it clear he does injections and procedures only and the rest let me come for the consult to make $$$ from my insurance and then tell me sorry we don't prescribe the medication you have been on we can't help you. And I have so much paperwork and injuries which would take too long to write so someone pls tell me who the Dr. In south jersey is! Pls!! Tyvvm

I just found myself a new one in Jersey but I was told I can't give that address to anybody. I also have one in pa.... Hey carmine I just wrote about you but didn't mention your name, said only one person on here ever helped me which was you. No I never went to the place you said is an hour and a half away and I can't get there. The place I go to only gives me 4 20's a day no extended release and I'm in agonizing pain I can't stand it. Everywhere I try to go won't accept me cause I'm on 2mg xanax so I'm always told we only do injections and procedures no meds. I'm on xanax because I need heart valve replacement and Have copd and was told I probably won't be coming off the ventilator and I have a young daughter with no family so excuse me if I have a bit of a panic disorder. Meanwhile I'm helpless rocking back and forth from my back and hands hurt so bad I can't barely do anything. Starting to whither away. Glad you found what you needed I know your story as well. I can't even get a foot in any door.
