Doctors Allowed To Prescribe Hydrocone N Xanex In Branson Mo Area

my family doctor can not c me as a patient anymore due to so.e new law startin in Oct.. I need hydrocone/vicodine and xanex. I need ffhm due to many physical issues.

The new regulations don't prevent him from continuing on as your family doctor, it just prevents him from prescribing controlled substances for you. In order to have them prescribed, you'll need to see specialists and the type of specialists will depend on why you need them. For instance, if you're taking Xanax for anxiety, you'll need to see a psychiatrist, as well as a pain management specialist for the Vicodin.

These medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, irritability and constipation.

Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area?

Look up your state laws. There are no laws preventing regular drs from prescribing these meds, although many are chooseing not to. Oct 6, 2014 hydrocodone combination meds become a Schedule II. That means so refills, no call ins and you must see your dr at least once every 90 days. A dr can write 3-30 days rx, but few choose to. This change is Federal Law. There is more paperwork involved for the dr.
