Do Mefac Caps Contain Aspirin? (Top voted first)

have had dental surgery and have to avoid aspirin. Need to take painkillers. Do mefac caps contain any aspirin?

The active ingredient in Mefac is Mefanemic Acid, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.

Took Ibufren which helped. Couldnt find out much about it or its aspirin content but didnt care in the end! .... thanx for the reply. x

Ibuprofen does not contain Aspirin, it contains Ibuprofen, another NSAID.
