Need to know if i have anxiety? have overwhelming feelings like I'm going to explode

Can you describe your symptoms better? You really didn't provide much information.

Have you ever had yourself evaluated for such a problem? Do you have any medical conditions? Do you take any medications?

Hey Mat, I know it's been awhile but I wanted to see how you're doing? What you described sounds like an anxiety symptom. Was there anything specifically going on in your life which could have caused it? Also, how long had you been feeling that way?

" Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, and uneasiness, usually generalized and unfocused as an overreaction to a situation that is only subjectively seen as menacing. It is often accompanied by muscular tension, restlessness, fatigue and problems in concentration. Anxiety can be appropriate, but when it is too much and continues too long, the individual may suffer from an anxiety disorder. " [1]

If this is an ongoing problem in your life then it might be good to see a doc to determine if you in fact have an anxiety disorder. Keep in mind that lots of people can get anxiety symptoms when things are going on in their life, and that's totally normal. There are lots of options for treating anxiety, from natural / holistic (such as meditation, reflection, cannabis) to conventional / medical (such as anti-anxiety medications, counseling, etc).
