Two weeks on the same pill, and have seen no difference but reduced appetite, and constipation. Please let me know if anyone has had same issues, and if after that pit fall, does the weight start to come off. I am on a diet and excersize regimen, so that is no issue. please advise, Chula

Hey Chula I agree with you...2 weeks have gone by and i have gone through the same. Actually with like a total of a pound or 2 lost. I was hoping the weight would just drop after. Dont know if anyone else is going through the same.

To anyone still wondering if the Fruta Planta works and if it's worth taking the chance. I have been taking it now for just over 6 weeks. I weighed in on day one at 195 and this morning at 170. I do get terrible dry mouth, the mild acne lasted just over a week, and i have had problems with constipation. However, it's not anything that a laxative can't take care of so it's all good. TO all - just read all of the comments after Googling the pills to see if they were available anywhere other than on Amazon - which is where I have gotten my last 2 boxes. Just wanted to share that I just started my 2nd box this morning - I have lost 25 pounds over the last 6 weeks - I spread out the pills a little instead of taking them everyday. I also started taking fiber thearpy pills (psyllium husk) and I drink one cup of senna tea everyday - helps keep the constipation in check. I have cut out fried foods, reduced my sugar intake, and drink 64 oz of water a day. I feel like the pills work best when I take them with hot liquid - I usually do tea. I'm wearing jeans I haven't worn in 4 years! Can't wait to see what happens when I put my new gym membership to use!

I have been taking the pill for a week and have trouble sleeping is this just for a period of time. I wasnt sure so I stopped.

Hi Dee,
I've been taking these for good bit now and I sleep fine. I had I slight problem for the first week, if even that long. Wasn't sure if the pills were causing it or not, because I've always had problems sleeping, so I continued to take them. Not as many problems now though.

Hi everyone, i was wondering does this pill make your heart beat faster or makes you jittery? I really want to take them but im such a scaredy cat and ill probably think im getting a heart attack or something lol.

Hi Tasha. I have tacchycardia and I've been taking this for some time. I haven't had any problems with my heart or being jittery at all unless I drink too much caffeine. I drink a couple of cups of coffee every morning and I haven't had a soda of any kind in well over a month. If you are still concerned, then I would actually suggest that you consult your family doctor for a thorough check up and ask for his or her opinion of the fruta planta. I have been taken this pill for almost 3 months, I have lost 20 pounds, the only side effect that I notice is the dry mouth. However, I have been worried about this pill vontaining sibutramine. I do not want to stop but I do not want to get sick. Does anybody know if this pills create dependency or can you stop whenever you want? I know an alternative medicine Dr. that was selling this product and he stop selling it because it has a chemical ingredients. I really do not know what to do. Any advice?

DC, my wife was taking the pills for approx two months and decided to stop to give her body a break. She had no adverse reactions as a result of stopping and has not gained any weight after about three weeks without taking the pills.

with this pills, the warm beverage. is it only when you take the pill in the morning or do i have to drink room temp things for as long as you are drinking this pills.

Eve, after you take the pills with a warm beverage do what you want as far as drinking. I have a couple of friends who don't pay attention to the warm beverage axiom and are doing just fine with the pills and losing weight.You certainly do not have to continue to drink warm liquid as long as your taking the pills.

well I start the pill 2 week ago and i lost 5 pound in the first week then I start bleeding like if I have the period but was only 10 days apart from my last period I stop the pill the next morning and for a week I did have a heavy periodo w/ clogs but no pain then in the 4 day I was ok but I wait the whole week to start then I start again this is my 3 day and loose 2 more pound and ok

Hi Chula. Congrats on the weight lost. It's amazing how easily it just seems to melt away isn't it. I know it only a few pounds, but it just feels good to know that you're well on your way. Our monthly visitor does put a damper on things. But I usually notice that once that is over, I have lost the weight from being bloated as well as 3 or 4 pounds to go along with it. Keep it up and before long you'll be right where you want to be. As for me, another 10 to 15 pounds and I'm there..........27 down already! The best to you.

This is my first day taking the pill.. i didnt get hungry all day... at all.. i did try to eat a little bit but i didnt really feel like it. i feel a little bit naucious.. dry mouth but im drinking a lot of water. lots of energy, but i manage to take a little nap in the afternoon.. hopefully i can sleep tonight.. good luck everyone!!!

I have been taking this pill for 4 days now and love it, except that today it seemed to not be quite as effective as far as appetite suppressing. I haven't pigged out or snacked by any means, but the first three days I just felt so content that the thought of food did nothing for me, now I am starting to feel some hunger pangs.

For those of you who are long-time users, do you take the pill everyday and feel the same effect? What about when your supply is up...do you give yourself a few days break before continuing or immediately start up with a new pack?

Hi Em. I do sometimes get slight hunger pangs, but they are easily forgotten and don't last long. I don't let myself run out. As I seem to always be ordering for one co-worker or another, I make sure that I have enough. I usually, when ordering for myself or others, order an extra for just in case, ya know. Especially if I can find it really cheap and only have to pay one S&H charge. One S&H charge is rare though. Good Luck.

congratulation to all the people that lost weight. I sell this pills, but in three month i can't know who is the owner of the formula and what pills are originals or fake. I have a lot of clients that lost many pounds, and nobody have any problem. Some of you knows who produce the original. hello i been takeing the pill for 2 month already i lost 20 pounds the frist month but i havent lost weight the 2 month i stop takeing the pill for 5 days and take it again to see if by stoping a couple of days i could lose weight but nothing i still dont lose has this happen to anybody HELP plzzzz
