I was rapidly gaining weight and exercising was not helping, so I decided to take this pill. I lost about 20 pounds(I weighed 140) with 6 pills left. Along with the pill I would do light exercise. As for safety, I don't think any appetite suppressent pill is 100% healthy for your body if you take it for too long.

Hi this is Desire again I only paid $ 15.00 for my pills and they work for me I'm in the best of health and I'm 50 years old. For the lady that said that the pill cost $25 to $70 hun I have never paid that much for my pills and I'm a woman with a bigger swagg. So ladies hit me up and I'll share my jouney with you all.

You say you are now down to one a day and slowly weening off of them . How many were you takng a day , the box says 1 a day and truth be told in the first wek I did not lose any weight and I am still hungry though not AS much as before

its horrible. it made my heart beat really fast, like i almost got a heart attack and i only took 4!! i also could not sleep and i had trouble breathing. i got really strong headaches and my stomach would hurt a lot at times. i wished this had worked for me :(

i must say they work very well i lose 5 lbs in 4 days and i hope to lose 20 more lbs BUT I MUST SAY you all are crazy i m reading on here you are selling them and buy them $30.00 a box i only pay $8.00 a box any ways good luck

Hi I had my daughter a year ago and my current weight is 173 and I'm 5'3 I need to lose atleast 45 lbs and no diets or pills have worked I also can't seem to stop eating do u think these pills are a good candidate for me.....

I recently started taking these pills, I am on day 2. I take it with room temperature water, as simply drinking warm water makes me vomit. I drink as much water as I can. Yesterday I felt really energized throughout the day as I was cleaning all day and moving furniture around. I did not feel at all tired when it was time for bed. I was in and out of sleep. I woke up rather early, at 6 am, not by choice. I took the pill with room temperature water, then drank some cold water. Water so early on an empty stomach makes me feel really sick. I went back to sleep for an hour or so because I was feeling really tired. I ate some wheetabix for breakfast. No side effects so far, just thirsty sometimes and the sleep thing. I got a box before this, it made me feel hungrier. I took it for 3 days then stopped because I just believed it wasnt the right one. I ordered a box online from lafrutaplanta so I am interested to see how things one works out. My appetite is supressed for the most part, but I got kinda hungry or snackish last evening even though I had eaten dinner. SO, I will just watch the situation and hopefully lose some weight.

Hey everyone ive been using these pills for a week now yet i havent noticed any difference in my body. im not sure if im taking them correctly. my friend said take them AFTER i eat breakfast and some say BEFORE breakfast. so while i WAS taking them before breakfast i felt the dry mouth and the feeling of an empty stomach by noon. Any one that has been taking these and has seen results please email me with the proper way to take these pills. THANK YOU!

I took took this pill for a week already and at first I was dehydrated then I couldn't sleep. but on 3rd day I started having chest pains. I took it a couple more days it seems it gotten worse and pain was constant. I got really scared and i just stopped taking it.

This is my third day taking the fruta planta pills and my appetite was reduced drastically. I was eating salads and could not finish all of it. I eat way less than normal. I have not weighed myself yet but I will see what these pills can really do. I am here to tell you that this pill will give you the dry mouth, but I believe that it is ok so far.

seriously im using the ones from itseasytobefit.com and they work bomb for me i get thirsty thats about it but ive been taking them for 2 months and lost 35 lbs i started at 152 my mesure ments were 42 32 39 and height 5'2 so its too thick im now 122 and im 39 28 38 so seriously they work great i buy them and sell them to my friends and family and theve worked for everyone so idk what u guys are talking about

Oh my goodness I was so excited about taking these! A few of my friends have lost weight and are doing great..now after seing some of these heart attack comments I'm afraid to try it. I have had a history of panic attacks and wonder if these pills will trigger heart palputations and panic attacks. Anyone can u tell me should I be that paranoied?
