i took this pills for a month and lost 22 pounds and its been 2 months that i havent taken them anymore.. i was 157 before after the month i weight myself i was 135.. so in does two months i didnt take the pills i was able to maintan my weight. i just started taken them again and i am 130 it been a week , i really love this pills..

So I started taking the pills last week Saturday, Sept. 26,2010. I checked my weight and was 210 when I started. On Friday, October 1, 2010 I went to my Dr. and he said I was 202 with clothes on so they said I was really 198. So I have lost 12lbs in a week. I can't wait to see how much more I lose at the end of the 30 days.

after much stress wid d side effects i have taken d many advice n i am back on d pill now .. been 3 days n things r not bad .. still having trouble sleeping n never seem to feel tired.. but i can live with that.. thks 4 all ur replies, encouragements n advice..

Fruta planta day 110
weight -35 pounds I was thinking I lost some.
waist -5.00 steady week again.
Meridia was pulled off the market. Google the word and read since fruta planta is meridia. I think the data is not accurate. You have to read the side effects of meridia.

I started the Fruta Plant ReDUCe Weight on Tuesday the 28th and am down 6.6 lbs!! The first 3 days I felt anxious and trouble staying a sleep. Not bad with dry mouth either. I am now feeling pretty good. Constipation has set in a little, but took a natural laxitive and all is good!! I am looking to loose 33 more lbs! :)

I have been taking this product since oct 1st and after day 3 I began spotting. This is unusual for me because I have a mirena (iud). Eventhough I have lost 8lbs so far, I really need to know if this is normal. HELP PLEASE!!

@FP41st, that is NOT NORMAL! It's a dangerous side effect and I would be careful, I did read about that.
