weight -31 pounds I can't rem this weight,
waist -4.50 another 1/4 inch. People all notice the drop. I wasn ot expected anything to be lower since i ate oatmeal, 6 in sub, mcd angus steak wrap and mini bun sub yesterday. and add 6 beers last nite.

Can anyone please explain.....is it normal to feel so light-headed??? I have been on the pill for 30 days exact and just a few days ago I started to feel dizzy, my eyes feel sleepy....Is this normal??? not drinking coffee...working out and eating very light...WHAT SHOULD I DO????

Hi all,

I got this pill from my aunt which came from the Dom. Rep. This pill has been extremely popular over there (here too, by the looks of it ). I have been taking this pill for 3 days already, I feel a little jitter and a mild lightheaded, but the appetite has been reduced completely. The first day, I took the pill before eating and I did not get hungry at all, so I made myself a little snack even though I didnt feel the need to. Later on that night, I felt extremely lightheaded so I decided to take a nap. At first it was very difficult to fall asleep ( I felt drunk) but when i woke up I fell fine. Second day, I ate breakfast and about an hour later I took the pill. Have to say I didnt get tired all day long, did not felt the need to eat at all. My husband actually had to ask me to feed them, lol. Today, I took the pill as soon as I woke up (7 am), have felt a little jittery but its 1:17 pm and I havent felt hungry yet. I do have a mild feeling of dry mouth (weird taste) but its not something that has me drinking bottles of water! So far, I have only wanted to drink one cup.
My goal is to lose about 20 lbs. I'll weight myself at the end of day 7 and keep you posted!

Not normal to be light headed. Are you eating something every 3 hours or so?

John - I think that i have not been eating enough. I am wrking out and burning around 700 calories and not eating any carbs and just greens, protein and water. Do you think this may be the reason?

Fruta planta day 89
weight -33 pounds 2 pounds is perfect. Not too fast of a drop.
waist -4.75 another 1/4 inch. I wore light khaki pants for the first time in years. I usually wore black or darks to hide the waist.

Need urgent advice. i am taking fruta planta which everyone is saying is the best thing now . i am on it for 7 days.. n since d 2nd day i have been constipated. now d 7th day i am having abdominal pain.. they say this will go away.. but i am concern.. anyone out there has had similar experience .. advice plzzz

i started taking fruta in julybut stook faithful toward middle of july -weight was near 280 today weigh said 263-i have thyroid problem weight is coming off regularly and inches are showing too! yes constipation was a problem even though i am a salad freak-but i drink milk of magnesia -one cap full-affordable and easy yes it can be aproblem if you dont have bowel movements -it can cause blockage in the intestine and not a good thing so either use milk of magnesia or citric magnesium which u can get at walmart or pharmacy..god bless on youe weight loss

Thk u Ellie i appreciate u taking d time to reply. i will follow r recommendation n watch for d next 6days. if nothing happens then i will stop taking d pill.. i drink loads of water n eat mainly fruits, vegs..so i cant understand d constipation.. it really worries me n is uncomfortable..good luck with ur program

I just purchased these pills. My sisters and her friends are taking them and have lost weight taking these pills and not working out. I am going to try taking them I hope it works. Any suggestions on how I should use them and when.

Pam: I had the same problem, what actually helped me was taking capsules of Aloe Vera. You can also take it in liquid form.

I have been taking it for 2 weeks and have lost a total of 8 lbs. Not only that, but I have been seeing inches coming off too. Remember to drink plenty of water, and eat a small snack every 3 hours or so.

Siuky i stop taking d pills .. i could not stand d side effects .. i felt shaky, constipated, light headed, n had what felt like irregular heart beat n could not sleep.. noooooo.. i want to get rid of d weight but do not wish to kill myself in d process

Pam: Usually the side effects will decrease as your body gets used to the pill and its components! I say give it another try.

Eat breakfast before taking the pill, and eat your regular meals. Drink plenty of water in between. Also you can alternate days in which you take the pill.

Pam, do as Suiky says in the previous post. I have switched to a higher fiber diet to help on the constipation. Eating small fruits or veggies w water helped alot. Check the side effects of Meridia. I believe the real fruta planta is this drug.
