Hey I took the pill today again and i didnt notice any side effects other than dry mouth and more energy. My chest didnt hurt and i exercised without any discomfort. If i do start to feel weird then i will stop taking them. Question: How long have you been taking fruta planta for? and how much weight have you lost while on it?

22 days since I stopped taking the pills.I went to my Dr's appointment today and I haven't gain any weight,no even half pound.Sooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!

Yes,it is normal.Some people have problems sleeping the first days taking the pills,while others don't.Remember not to drink caffeine.Your body will adjust to the pill and the insomnia should go away.Take it really early in the morning,that will help.

I have question, does loosing weight happnen due to the lack of appetite which causes a person to not eat? or does the weight come off naturaly because of the pill itself?

I started today my second box of Fruta Planta..I've lost 12 lbs since I started a month ago but a friend just told me there are 2 kind of pills: green/white - blue/white. She said the green and white cause cancer. Has anyone heard anyhting about this?

Claudia, would you ask your friend where she got that information regarding cancer ? In that these pills have been available for only a short time it's doubtful a study could be done to associate the intake of them to cancer.

I started taking fruta planta pill. I have 'nt side effect. I have a lack of appetite at nights. My goal is to lost 20 pounds. I got the green/white pill.i Didn't hear about the cancer risk with this pill but i want it to know.

i took Fruta Planta and my results where not goods. No I'm taking Green Coffee 800 and i lost 20 pounds, but more important is that i'm not hungry and i have a lot of energy. If Fruta Planta doesn't works with you try with this.

Started taking these pills, 6 days ago and until today I feel like I took one that actually worked. They are not as strong as these other prescription pills that I was taking called phentermine, the phentermine pills worked great but the headaches were killer. I'm wondering if the people writing on here are legit, a lot of the writing seems to be misspelled, wonder why?

I agree with you Queeny. I have taken them for 7 days now and there have been two days that i feel like the pills have made no difference. I feel like iv lost some weight though. I will be weighing myself tomorrow to see if i actually did. How much do you eat while taking these pills? How much difference is there in the way you eat while on he pills than regularly?

I understand your concern about the misspelling in people writting,in my case,I wrote long time ago that I am trying my best.I am leaving in Fl.but it is not the same when you come to U.S during your childhood and they teach you grammar or go to school here and they teach you the right order in grammar.I came here when I was 22y.o so,I understand english perfectly but when we are talking about writing it or speaking it Gosh,I am a mess.Some of us are just trying to share our experiences and inform others about our progress or results with the pill.In Puerto Rico they teach us english since first grade,but we don't practice it(we speak spanish there) and I never thought that one day I will come to U.S and need to apply that english that they were teaching us.Is like when people take algebra and they teach you expansions and formula.(a+b+c)2 and you think,what will I need that for in my life?So I didn't speak it or practice it.Then I moved to U.S and I was like damn why I didn't practice it,speak it or pay more attention on my english classes in school.My kids born here and they speak it and write it perfect,but when I ask my son how to spell something he laugh and said OMG mom you are an adult you are not suppose to ask a kid.LOL,so no too much help here.I don't have the time to take classes because I have no relatives here,so my husband and I need to work and after that take care of the kids,so its to hard for me.I hope you understand that I might not be the only one with this problem.I hope that you understand what I wrote here too.LOL,maybe alot of misspelling or not right order of the sentence,but you know I am trying.

I started taking these pills like 2 weeks ago at first everthing went great I lost 12 pounds but am comin on the 3rd week and I've been feeling very dizzy lately my heart beats faster all of the sudden and my throat feel very dry my friend was taking the same pills and was sent to the hospital she almost had a heart attack and the doctor saids she can't eat solid foods because her Esophugous stays dry meaning the part that the food travels to your stomache I stop taking them before this could happen to me be very careful just a week ago I would have recomended this pill to anybody who wanted to loose weight but now I don't even want to know about it please be aware that this could put your health at a high risk !!

I started these pills 9 days ago i lost 5 pounds but my side effects are dry throat, my heart beats faster. I don t drink coffee with it. I am so scared and I going to stop taking that pill. So be aware.

Hey I started taking this pill the reduce weight with the grape fruit on the box in Feb 2010 less than 2 months in a half, I have lost 40 pounds, I have not had any bad side effects besides dry mouth and no sleep. I really want to lose 40 more but the pill is really good as far as I know have not seen anywhere any disturbing news as to Heart attacks, but they do reccommend that if you have a history of high blood pressure or heart problems to not take this medicine due to the ingreidients in the pill.Let me know if anyone has been taking them longer than me

i have been taking the pills for 3 weeks now and have only lost 5lbs. i look slimmer ... as if more than 5 but its just 5 :o( makes me wonder how some people here are loosing the 10+ in two weeks??!!?? it has suppressed my appetite so i know i am not overeating. im having all the other side effects so it must be doing something...insomnia, energy boost, dry mouth. ANY IDEAS?
