I have severe pain in the groin and am unable to walk... Can diclofenac (voveran) be used with ibugesic? The pain is worse with movement... A long journey, stress and cold climate has caused it...

No, Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, and Ibugesic contains Ibuprofen, which is in the same drug class, so they should not be taken together. Doubling up increases the risk of bleeding, stomach irritation, and stomach ulceration, according to FDA reports.
