From what I could gather, Diclofenac is known to cause the following side effects:

diarrhea
constipation
gas or bloating
headache
dizziness
ringing in the ears

However, some side effects can be serious. If you were to ever experience any of the following symptoms, it is highly recommended that you contact your doctor as soon as possible, if not but for your own safety:

unexplained weight gain
excessive tiredness
lack of energy
nausea
loss of appetite
itching
pain in the upper right part of the stomach
yellowing of the skin or eyes
flu-like symptoms
fever
blisters
rash
hives
swelling of the eyes, face, tongue, lips, throat, arms, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs
difficulty breathing or swallowing
hoarseness
pale skin
fast heartbeat
cloudy, discolored, or bloody urine
back pain
difficult or painful urination

What will happen if a patient takes more diclofenac (75mg) than what the Dr prescribed? It was supposed to be taken once, but I consumed 6 tablets in a day due to severe pain in my back.
