Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

So no, it shouldn't cause hallucinations, that's not a normal side effect, those would be things like nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation.

However, it could possibly occur if someone was having an odd reaction to it, or if they took extremely high dosages and were in active overdose.
