DIclofenac is a prescription medication, so it shouldn't be given, unless the child's doctor has said that it's okay to do so. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so you do need to be careful, since it carries the risk of causing stomach ulceration and increases the risk of bleeding.
