Can my 13 year old (140 lbs. 5'5") take diclofenac Dr 75 mg for back pain due to a pulled muscle?

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's only available by prescription, due to the risks of side effects it can cause, such as stomach ulceration and increased risk of bleeding, thus it shouldn't be given to your child, unless a doctor has said that it is safe for them to take it.
