Diclofenac 75mg

I take diclofenac 75mgs DR tablet, it says to take one twice a day. I was wondering if I can take one three times a day? I don't want to go over the maxium dose, so is it ok to take 225mgs of diclofenac dr tablet a day?

If the instructions say just twice a day, then you should only take it twice a day, unless your doctor has told you to do otherwise.

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so taking to much of it could cause stomach bleeding, stomach ulceration, liver damage or liver failure.
