You should follow your doctor's dosing instructions.
And doubling up on the Diclofenac could be dangerous, since it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that can increase your risk of bleeding and may cause stomach damage, as side effects reported by the FDA.
You also have to be very careful how much Acetaminophen you take each day, as too much carries the risk of causing overdose toxicity, which may be fatal.
