should I be using antibiotics with diamet? if I missed antibiotics what should I do?

There is no problem with taking antibiotics with diabetes medications.

What antibiotic are you taking? If you missed a dose, you should take it as soon as you remember, or if it's close to the time of the next dose, skip and just continue taking them, until you've finished them all.
