Hi Chandni,

If you have type 2 diabetes, there are some other options out there for you. There is scientific evidence that Diabetes type 2 is caused by an excess of fat (not sugar) in the bloodstream, which then causes unstable blood glucose levels, an over-production of insulin,
and an over-working of the pancreas.

If I were you, I would try starting off eating plenty of fruit and finishing every fruit meal
with some greens, like celery or lettuce. I'd also eliminate all overt fats until the symptoms of diabetes
went away.

More and more studies are revealing that a low fat, high carb, raw vegan diet can reverse and cure type 2 diabetes in a matter of days or weeks. If you are referring to type 1 diabetes, these eating habits won't reverse or cure the disease, but could allow you to stop taking medication. There are youtube videos and other articles out there proving this, so please don't solely go off my word, but do your own research so you can tell others that they don't have to be on medication for the rest of their lives.
