Dhasolone 3mg/5ml

my child (3 years, weight = 14 kg) got athma...doc advise to get dhasolone 3mg/5ml..dosage 23ml 1xday, every morning for 5 days...my question is, it's possible to child got dhasolone 3mg/5ml with dosage 23ml?

Well, that would be 3mgs for every teaspoon (5mls) and the doctors wants you to give him 23mls daily. That's 5 and 2/3rds of a teaspoon, so I am not sure why you are doubting the dosage.

As long as you give your child the proper amount, as prescribed, they are going to get the correct dosage.

Dhasalone contains the active ingredient Prednisolone, this is a corticosteroid.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, acne and weight gain.
