Delay Periods Aceclofenac

Hi,
I just wanted to know that anti inflammatory drugs can delay periods.
I was having a muscle spam happened on 3rd day of my period. Doctor suggested some anti inflammatory drugs along with analgesics. I took it from 3rd day of my period to 12th. We are actively trying for a baby. Now I'm two days late. My cycle length is 28days and don't usual gets late. Is it because of the medication I took.
Any insight will be helpful.

No, they don't usually cause that, but 2 days late is not really significant. The NIH lists the typical side effects of Aceclofenac as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.

Has there been any change? Have you had a period, yet? Are you on any other medications?
