What do you mean by taking it drastically? How much have you been taking each day? This is just a sleeping pill that is only meant to be taken at night, just before you go to bed. It can be habit forming, in a way, as people may become dependent on it for sleep, but it's usually not addictive like other drugs, such as narcotics.
Have you consulted your doctor for assistance?
