I believe you are looking at the numbers upside down, the pill that matches this description is actually marked DAN 5661.
It contains 150mgs of Sulindac, the active ingredient in Clinoril.
This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
