It can be taken, if the patient's doctor has prescribed it for them to take.

Cymgen contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, it is an SNRI antidepressant.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
