Longer than tylenol and not coated cor 116 imprint. What is it?

This is an Acetaminophen tablet, it is the extended release version that contains 650mgs per tablet, which is why they are bigger than the others. This dosage is most often taken to treat arthritis.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
