i have been prescribed cyclobenzaprine for my pains so the pains dont stiffin up, i need to take zzzquil for alergeys and im aware its not the right nyquil but i have no more money to get the right one..... so long story short, is it safe to take together with a 20mg of cyclobenzaprine?????

Based on my research there are drug interactions between cyclobenzaprine and the diphenhydramine found in ZzzQuil. The interaction states that using these two medications together may end up increasing your risk of certain side effects such as: Abdominal cramps, blurred vision, confusion, constipation, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, dry mouth, drowsiness, flushing, heat intolerance/sensitivity, memory problems, and rapid heart beats.
In order to lessen your risk of experiencing such side effects, you may want to talk with your doctor about safe dosing protocols before starting a new treatment regimen.
