In Tijuana today I had 2 teeth pulled. They prescribed Mavidol Ketorolaco for 5 days. I already take Vicodain for pain in my lower back where surgery went wrong and now have bone against spine. Is there any problems using both pain medicines>

The Ketorolac is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. There are no interactions listed between it and the Vicodin, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure. It can also increase the risk of bleeding, so there are some risks to taking it after extractions.
However, you might not need both, the Vicodin might do well for alleviating the pain from the extractions. It's actually what many dentists offices prescribe for that.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
