Just like any medication, it helps some people with this condition and there are other people that it just doesn't work for at all.
As to it killing you, if you overdose, yes, it can. It carries the same dangers as any other medication.
Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, short-term memory loss and hallucinations.
