Is it good for anxiety attacks

Did you mean to say Clozapine? I haven't come across any medications listed under the name Clotypin.

Clozapine is in a class of medications called atypical antipsychotics. However it's only indicated for use in the treatment of symptoms associated with schizophrenia.

Anxiety may be an off-label use, but since it doesn't list it as an indication I would probably still recommend contacting your doctor about using it for that specific purpose. - just to be on the safe side.
