From what I could gather, high blood pressure in and of itself is not specifically listed as a side effect of Clonotril (clonazepam). In fact, low blood pressure is what's actually recognized as being a rare side effect according to the following drug monograph by: stanford.edu/medications/clonazepam.html.
However I do see a number of different symptoms listed on there that IMHO could provoke increases in one's blood pressure (such as agitation, nervousness, anxiety, as well as a few others).
Is your Dr. also aware of this problem?
