Can clobetasol propionate .05% be used to treat athlete's foot fungus on my feet?

No, this is a steroid medication, so it won't help with athlete's foot, which is a fungal infection.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation and dryness.

To treat it, you need an antifungal cream, there are many available over the counter, if your doctor approves of your using them. Alternatively, they can prescribe something for you.
