recently found out husband is cheating on me. I found 3 clear capsule with brown filling and it has a sweet smell. There is no name or any markings on it. I wanted to know if this is a male enhancement drug?

Hello,
I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately there is really no way to identify a pill without an imprint. All U.S, prescription medications are required to have an imprint of some sort, therefore the pill could be an OTC medication, elicit drug, vitamin/supplement, or from a foreign source.
Where exactly did you find the capsules? I'm sorry I can't be of more help...
