Cita S 10mg

hello sir
i am using Cita s plus 10mg tablet for general and social anxiety disorder. after three weeks i am getting good sleep with out disturbances and no anxiety symptoms but i felt increased intestinal motility, fatigue, drowsiness, headedness, neck pain, muscular stiffness, unable to see and talk for long time. is these adverse symptoms of drug?
how i can resolve it
how i can stop to muse it
please suggest me
