According to the University of Maryland Medical Center (umm.edu / drug interaction tool), there are no drug interactions listed between Cyproheptadine (Cipla-Actin) and Combivir (Lamivudine, Zidovudine) - an "arv" class drug pertaining to HIV treatment.
