I haven't been able to find any antidepressant that matches this name.
Did you mean Diclofenac?
It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
