Chlortahlid 25mg Tab Myla

prescribed for possible high blood pressure, small round, yellow has M35 stamped on it... prescribed to boyfriend... he seems to be getting dizzy since starting this medication, is this normal, he has been waiting on response from Dr. Any help appreciated

Chlorthalidone is a diuretic, meant to reduce the amount of water and thus, sodium, in the body, which can help lower blood pressure.

Dizziness is a common side effect of these types of medications, if it is troublesome, please have him speak to his doctor.
