Hello, Cassia! How are you feeling? I'm very sorry that you're in pain and congratulations on your pregnancy.
Since you are pregnant, you need to speak to an OB Gyn to see what you can safely take for pain relief, in order to help ensure the best possibly outcome for you and your baby, as well as your overall safety. No one online is going to be able to say what medication might be safe for you, since we have no way of knowing your medical history, current health status, pregnancy details and etc.
Do you already have an OB Gyn that you're seeing?
