Can I use this for my dogs ear infection? If I can how much per day and for how long?

Are you referring to Cephalexin perhaps? If so, based on my research this medication is an antibiotic that is used both in dogs and cats to treat bacterial infections.

Side effects can include (but are not limited to): diarrhea and vomiting.
