Capsules dark blue light blue with band of gray between. Letters PM on the dark blue, RRG on the light blue. Found in a Tylenol PM container. Could these be Tylenol PM or something else?

I have the same pill and don't know what it is. I cut one in half and it is not a gel and the bottle says. I've called Tylenol because they are in a Tylenol bottle, but Tylenol is not written on the capsule and the pill color on their website is red and blue. I thought I'd purchase them and forgotten I had, but now I think a guest must have left them here and put something else in the bottle. I've taken 2/night for the last 3 nights and want to know what I've been taking, as my stomach is irritated.

The pills being described are Tylenol PM Rapid Release Gels, containing Diphenhydramine 25 mg and Acetaminophen 500 mg. It is a combination of a pain reliever and sleep aid.
