I was wondering if I can take two at a time or two and one every 5 minutes

You should follow the dosing instructions provided by your doctor.

Doubling your dose could be too much and may result in overdose, due to the sedating side effects that the FDA lists that may include dizziness and drowsiness.

And one every 5 minutes would be way too much! This is a muscle relaxant and taking that many would surely result in overdose, which could be fatal as it may result in depression of the central nervous system.
