I want to know if I can take Ibuprofen 600 mg, Hydrocodone, Flexeril 10 mg and Baclofen 10 mg tabs together for sciatic nerve pain?

Will these 2 medications hurt me if taken together (600mg ibuprofen + 5/325 Norco)? I have calcium build up in my shoulder. The rotator cuff isn't bad, but the buildup is causing the pain.

Hi Eva,

Based on my research, there aren't any problems taking ibuprofen alongside hydrocodone. In fact, they already manufacture a tablet with that combination for pain management purposes.

However, using flexeril and baclofen together with each other AND/OR with hydrocodone may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people might also experience various degrees of impaired thinking and judgment as a result of using these medications together. So driving or operating any heavy machinery is generally not recommended either.
