Tylenol3's are an opioid... Xanax or ( Alprazolam ). are Tranquilizers.. 2 diff classes of drugs ... although both can cause drowsiness.. one is given for pain (Opioid) the other for Anxiety ( Xanax ) ... i hope this helps
