Can Patients Look Up Their Own Opiate History Data?
UpdatedI was just curious if there is a website where a patient can access their own history regarding their past and present opioid prescriptions.. To actually see the same iinformation that your doctor and pharmacy can see about your opioid history. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is possible. Does anyone know what it actually shows on the reports? Thanks for any help!

No, there isn't. However, you can ask your doctor, or pharmacy to view your records. They are yours, and it is your right to view them. They may charge you to make copies of them for you, but you do have the right to view them.
As to what it shows on the reports, it lists what was prescribed, the dosage, and how frequently you had such prescriptions filled, according to DEA directives, as well as whether or not you had things prescribed by multiple doctors, at the same time, and etc.
It is kept in a government database that we don't have access to, but as I said you can ask your doctor(s), and pharmacies, for copies of your records.
Is there anything else I can help with?
