Can Infection Or Bacteria Cause Psa Level Of 125

My friend has a PSA of 125 and elevated lipase. What besides cancer can cause such a high PSA and high lipase?

Yes, neither necessarily signifies pancreatic cancer, according to the NIH. There are other possibilities, such as prostate infections and BPH.
