Can Ibuprofen, Excedrin Migraine Or Cephalexin Cause A False Positive

I will be taking a urine stick test and would like to know if cephalexin, excedrin migraine or ibuprofen will cause a false positive on a drug screen? If so, how long will they stay in ur system?
