Can I Take Seroquel Viibryd And Tylenol Together

My fiance just starting taking 25mg of seroquel but she also takes viibryd and tylenol on a regular basis. Since the start of taking the seroquel she has gotten a high fever and her doctor said something about serotonin syndrome. Can anyone help to explain this to me or the risk factors very worried about her.

Serotonin syndrome occurs when someone is taking too many medications or supplements that increase the levels of serotonin in the brain, it doesn't happen to everyone, but when it does, it can be fatal if not treated.

However, I've not found anything in the interactions databases that state it has been known to happen with Seroquel and Viibryd, but I am not a doctor, so it would be best to trust them on it.

Has she had any other symptoms?

How high has the fever been?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of these medications as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
