Hello, Chris! How are you?
In theory, you should be able to, they are not related medications. Ibuprofen is classified as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
But, the FDA classifies Oxycodone as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
However, there is a chance you may also be allergic to it or other medications. It is known that someone that's allergic to one, is usually also prone to discovering allergies to others.
Is there anything else I can help with?
