Looking back at this one now, the original question is no longer relevant and I will explain why for anyone else searching for details.

As of November of 2010, the FDA had all products containing Propoxyphene and its relatives removed from the market, due to the high risk they caused of cardiac dangers and an inordinate number of overdose fatalities.

If you are in a country that still uses this as an analgesic, then I can only advise you to check with your doctor or pharmacist, before taking it with other medications, since the interaction details are not regularly updated in the available resources in the U.S. anymore, which is where this site is based.
