My self jess. ..m 22yrs old and I hv mny black spots on my face after pimples. ..nd my skin is oily nd sensitive. ..so tell me can I use this cream on my face. .?

No, this cream actually contains a steroid, so it could cause more acne as a side effect, according to the U.S. FDA. It can also cause skin irritation, redness and peeling.

Have you consulted your doctor? That would be the best thing to do, in order to find out what you can use that may help.
