There are so many different multivitamin brands out on the market, that I wouldn't know which specific one you are referring to (especially when it comes to dosage or ingredients). Do you remember the name of the brand that you previously tried?
Additionally, it is important to know that every supplement effects each individual differently, so I would not be able to comment on whether or not taking these vitamin packs will make you feel drowsy. My suggestion is if you do experience any drowsiness, then just consume less of the vitamin packs and get more of your vitamins and minerals from consuming fresh raw fruits and vegetables.
