Rumoquin contains the active ingredients Dexamethasone and Methocarbamol. This combines a steroid with a muscle relaxant to treat pain and swelling.

This combination has never been approved by the FDA and is not available in the U.S.

Both medications are available separately, but require a doctor's prescription.
